This place was VERY busy this morning & they were shorthanded. SIDNEY did an EXCELLENT job communicating what was going on and, despite the hectiness, she was friendly & very attentive! I hope she knows how much I appreciated her cordialness. (She actually seemed to be friendly to all of the customers!) I had the fresh fruit with yougurt & a side of sausage with a Bloody Mary. It was delicious!
Ashleigh was fantastic!! We were at another restaurant down the terminal and were completely ignored. We came to Harbor Grille & sat at the bar and was immediately welcomed by Ashleigh! She regularly checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. As a previous server, you can tell she is a very hard worker by watching her behind the bar and how she efficiently moves. The music they play at the bar is also 10/10! Very cool vibe. Ask for Ashleigh!!
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. We asked if we could move some chairs around at the bar so my part of four could all sit together & the host was so accommodating & kind, despite a really rude customer right before us. Everyone was incredibly polite, kind, and attentive. A special shoutout to Ashleigh behind the bar—she was outstanding! Fun, friendly, and super efficient, she made our night with her great energy, checking in on us, being incredible kind & attentive despite a really busy night. It’s clear the team here truly cares about creating a great atmosphere. Also such a good playlist. I’ll definitely be back!
Harbour Grill is a great place. Got there Sunday night. Had to wait for three hour layover had dinner drinks the young lady Ashley behind the bar and her partner who worked the floor storm treated us like we were superstars even though they were there for 14 hours the place got packed at 10:20. Ashley was amazing. I never see A person handle a rush, the way she did. Thank you Ashley and storm and the rest of the staff. from Lou from Long Island, New York
Drinks are accurate and food is on par with everything else at the airport. Staff is good, my server Nicole never stopped moving, hardest worker I saw. With a line halfway down the concourse she greeted everyone with a smile and hustled to get people seated and orders out to the table.
Our bartender & server Ashleigh was super attentive to my group and I. The restaurant down the terminal The Firkin & Flyer were horrible to us. Very happy we got up and came here. The food was good especially for late night in the airport. But Ashleigh killed it making sure everyone was taken care of. Also the music/ playlist was awesome!
I never leave reviews but I had the worst morning ever and had a 4 hour layover. This staff and food made my day so much better. Jennifer was so sweet and the most attentive waitress I've had. It was quiet and comfortable and all my and my 17month olds needs and wants were met with a smile! This is the only restaurant option over here and even though they ran out of a few things and its pricey(ALL airport food is), that isn't the staffs fault. They were great. Bartender was also super sweet to everyone she spoke to.
This looked like the tastiest breakfast option during our layover. Our waitress was a peach. Didn't take long to get seated at 8.45am. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time and was hot and tasty. I really liked the potatoes. They have the good kind of ranch too. Lol Took our time eating and managed to waste an hour and 15 minutes without feeling like we were needlessly occupying a table.
